Phillip Island Wedding | Erin + Ian

I love that every wedding is as different as the couples themselves.

Erin and Ian’s chilled Phillip Island wedding had their unique stamp on it, with a classic simplicity that kept it perfectly relaxed and stress free.

It was important to them that they have a relaxed day, spend as much time as possible with their friends and family, and have the chilled vibe of a backyard wedding.

They also chose to have their photos taken peacefully together on the beautiful beach in Cowes before the ceremony. And it was a lovely moment when in private, Ian saw his beautiful bride for the first time that day.

Guests were bused in to the location Erin knew as kids growing up spending holidays with her grandparents. That connection with her grandparents was a way of keeping those dearly departed close on the day.

The weather was perfect for the ceremony overlooking Westernport Bay, and the cocktail reception at The Shearing Shed was the venue for everyone to party in to the night. Here’s a little preview:
