Melbourne City Lane Way Wedding | Claire and Trent

I love that each wedding I do is a little different.

Claire and Trent are such warm, friendly and fun people, and their wedding day was a perfect celebration with family and friends in one of the coolest locations all summer!!

Melbourne is known for it’s cafes, and lane ways, but to have a wedding with 100 guests in one of them might have seemed like an odd choice at first.  It couldn’t have been better suited!

Put together a gorgeous twilight, a gathering of great friends and family ready to celebrate, a place with a bit of intrigue, amazing catering and styling and most importantly, add two awesome people in love and ready to tie the knot, and you’ve got yourself a very special wedding night.

But the location of their wedding was more than just an iconic Melbourne lane way, outside of the reception venue Krimper, it was symbolically around the corner from the steps of the Supreme Court where Claire and Trent first met as newly graduated lawyers. Naturally we went there for photographs following the ceremony and took advantage of the dwindling light.

I have to give a shout out to the talented team at Olive and Finn whose stationary really set the tone of the wedding. Celebrant Jo-Betz who together with Trent’s brother Kyle, officiated things in warmth and style. And to the divine Claire and Trent and their friends and family who were simply so much fun to be with I could have almost forgot I was working!!

Congratulations Trent and Claire, I have no doubt that you are meant to be together and I wish you both every happiness!
