Family Photography on the Mornington Peninsula | Morgan Family

The beach in the morning is often so calm and peaceful. Getting down there early is one of my favourite ways to start the day (the other being brought a cup of tea in bed before I’ve had a chance to get up!).

And so it was a beautiful morning when I met with the gorgeous Morgan family down at Merricks beach recently.

It’s always fun meeting a new family for the first time. The kids are often excited, and jump out of the car eager to explore, and the parents may be a little unsure of what to expect or even nervous about being photographed or worried about how the kids will behave.

But over time, as everyone starts to relax and understand that we are there to have fun and simply play and be together,  not sit and pose for a photo, well,

that’s when the magic happens….
