Tuck’s Ridge Wedding | Emi and David
On a perfect summer day, at one of Mornington Peninsula’s finest wineries, Emi and David had their dream wedding.
And I was lucky enough to be there to capture it for them.
While love and kinship are often seen at a wedding, Emi and David’s wedding was a uniting of cultures, and so a respectful nod of long-held traditions was in order.
It’s often these things, along with a genuine outpouring of love and happiness from all those gathered together, that make a wedding so special.
And everyone does it differently. Emi and David had a lot of their guests flying in from overseas, (fortunately, this was just a few weeks before the coronavirus outbreak put a stop to international travel), and so the couple decided to have most of their couple photographs taken at the beach beforehand.
Their ceremony and reception were both at Tuck’s Ridge in Red Hill, which pretty much meant that they had the best of both worlds as far as locations go.
Tucks boasts one of the best Mornington Peninsula views along with it’s sister estate Montalto.
And so it was an impressive welcome for their guests, many of whom had flown in from overseas. Couple that with tunes provided by duo Brendan and Sabrina, and a glass of bubbles, and everyone is good to go!
But it’s not a wedding without a heartfelt ceremony, and Emi and David’s vows and officialdom were in good hands with Naomi Korolew leading the way.
There were a lot of laughs, there was a lot of love.
And it was everything that they hoped for and more. Here’s a preview …
