Coronavirus has taught me a little of something. I’m lucky enough to have my family close. Normally. But in the past few weeks of lockdown, most of us have been unable to be with our family members as liberally as we’re used to. And I’m really missing that contact with them. If anything good comes out of this situation, let it be a reminder of the importance of family.

Riverstone Estate Wedding | Charlotte and Will
There was so much to love about the wedding of Charlotte and Will. Heartfelt, romantic and beautiful, in every detail, gesture and sentiment. The Yarra Valley ranges was the stunning backdrop to their wedding, and those views at The Riverstone Estate are usually show-stoppers, but on this day, all eyes were on Charlotte and Will. Will’s emotional reaction to seeing his beautiful bride walk down the aisle on the…
Weddings at RACV Cape Shank Resort
Heads up brides-to-be!! There’s a new wedding venue down on the Mornington Peninsula that’s making waves and that’s the RACV Cape Shank Resort. I’ve had the pleasure of working here a couple of times now and I’m more than a tad impressed by this distinctive resort that somehow seems to both nestle into, and rise above the sand dunes to offer stunning views from every room either out to the…
Lifestyle Family Photography | Mornington Peninsula beach photo session
What even is lifestyle photography? Well it’s a style of photography that sits in between traditional portraiture which is more posed and documentary, which isn’t posed at all. So it tends to have more connection, beautiful little snippets of humanity and environmental storytelling elements to it. Here’s a perfect example. On a beautiful night recently I met this gorgeous family, and I mean gorgeous, every one of them stunning, on…
All Smiles Sorrento Wedding | Danika + Joel
Danika and Joel’s wedding at All Smiles in Sorrento had all of the ingredients for a beautiful wedding : a stunning autumn day, a fabulous beach location, and gorgeous details. But of course that’s not all you need. The most important thing is to have two people who are devoted to each other, who make each other happy, and who both believe that the other is the best thing that…
Wedding at Middle Brighton Baths | Jess + Ben
I love autumn! It’s a beautiful time with cooler weather, but the sun is still warm, and nature is putting on a show. No wonder so many couples choose March and April for their wedding date. BUT! it can also come with some chilly days that always feel colder than they are because we’re not used to them. Jess and Ben woke up to a day that promised showers and…
Mornington Peninsula Family Photography | Beach Session
I grew up on the beach. Quite literally, our house was less than a 30m walk to the sand. And our day would often begin with an early morning swim before breakfast, followed by many repeated trips backwards and forwards from the house to the beach, and the beach to the house, until the last rays of sun were dipping into the sea. It’s no wonder that I feel…
Stillwater at Crittenden Wedding | Samara + Jarryd
I was so excited when Samara and Jarryd got in touch with me about photographing their wedding day. Samara’s been a family friend for years and it was so special to be asked to be there to capture it for her. And with stunning Stillwater at Crittenden as the wedding venue, I knew we were going to be in for an amazing day. These two started off as friends back…
Mornington Peninsula Beach Wedding | Lucy + Sam
There was so much to love about the beautiful wedding of Sam and Lucy. Two such gorgeous souls will of course be surrounded by lots of love and amazing family and friends and with the sun shining on their beautiful Davey’s Bay location, it was really coming together!!
Red Hill Estate Wedding | Kate + Sam
I’m feeling pretty lucky to have been the one chosen to photograph Kate and Sam’s wedding. Not just because they’re a gorgeous looking couple, and not just because it was held at the beautiful Max;s Restaurant at Red Hill Estate, but because they’re two of the nicest people you’d ever meet, and their family and friends as well.
